We can arrange a six-course meal with or without aged wines from Plantagenet Manor's cellar to be prepared in the grand dining room during your stay. See this year's menu with costing below:

Fish bisque with Snapper, King Prawn, Crabmeat, with a touch of chilli and coconut cream

Foi Gras, fresh Apple, Blue cheese, with warm brioche and fig compote

Caprese Salad of Whole Buffalo Mozzarella, Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Olive oil and Balsamic Glaze

Gnocchi, seared in butter, Fresh fig wrapped in Prosciutto and coated, warm garlic and blue cheese cream sauce

Herb crusted Lamb Ribs with red wine sauce, crushed kumara and minted peas

Bouillabaisse with razor clams, vongole, mussels, ocean perch, king prawns, vegetables, fish stock, chilli and saffron

Baked salmon with avocado and crème fraiche sauce, served with a fresh garden leaf, rocket and spinach salad

Premium Fillet of beef with a red wine and balsamic sauce, baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables
